PM Modi remembers former Goa CM Parrikar during public rally in Panaji

Panaji (Goa), Apr 10 (ANI): While addressing a rally in Goa's Panaji on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered former Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar. PM Modi said, "I have been coming to Goa for years now, for party's work. It is for the first time that Manohar ji is not present here. We will have to accept that Manohar ji is not with us today but Manohar ji showed us how a person can work for people's welfare with honesty." Manohar Parrikar died at the age of 63 after prolonged battle with pancreatic cancer on March 17.
