Realty firm Signature Global is targeting 21.5 per cent increase in its sales bookings to Rs 12,500 crore for the current fiscal as it plans to launch multiple housing projects to encash strong housing demand.
According to an investor's presentation, the Gurugram-based company has provided guidance for sales bookings or pre-sales at Rs 12,500 crore for the 2025-26 fiscal.
"The company plans to grow sales at 20 per cent in FY26 over FY25 and aims to consistently maintain this growth over the long term," Signature Global said.
The company's sales bookings rose 42 per cent to a record Rs 10,290 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal.
Signature Global on Thursday reported a 48 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 61.12 crore for the latest quarter ended March.
Its net profit stood at Rs 41.25 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income declined to Rs 570.43 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal from Rs 722.73 crore in the year-ago period.

The Bombay High Court on Friday constituted a three-judge special bench to hear the pleas challenging the constitutional validity of the law providing Maratha reservation following a Supreme Court directive.
The 2024 law, which provided 10 per cent reservation in education and government jobs to the Maratha community that constitutes nearly one-third of Maharashtra's population, had been at the forefront of political discourse last year during the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.
In a notice issued on Friday, HC said a full bench comprising Justices Ravindra Ghuge, N J Jamadar and Sandeep Marne is constituted to hear and decide the public interest litigations and petitions related to the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2024.
The notice, however, does not mention or specify a date on which the bench would hear the pleas.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) on Friday presented a Rs 40,187 crore-budget for the megapolis.
Infrastructure spends across projects have been pegged at Rs 35,151 crore or 87 per cent of the overall expenditure, as per an official statement. The revenues have been estimated at Rs 36,939 crore, and the body chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde will be borrowing Rs 22,000 crore.

The Rajya Sabha on Thursday returned the Finance Bill 2025 to the Lok Sabha, along with 35 government amendments, including one that abolishes a 6 per cent digital tax on online advertisements, thus completing the 2025-26 budgetary exercise that started on February 1.
