New Delhi, Mar 26 (ANI): Two minors lost their lives in a fire that broke out in a four-storey building in south Delhi's Shaheen Bagh on Tuesday. The fire that broke out in Abul Fazal Enclave in the Shaheen Bagh locality is presumed to be due to a short circuit. Deputy Commissioner of Police South East Chinmoy Biswal said, "We received a PCR call about the fire around 1.10 pm in the afternoon. Police teams, PCR vans and six fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the fire within some time. Two children were trapped in the smoke in the building's first floor. Even though they were rescued and shifted to hospital they were declared dead. The real cause of the fire will be ascertained only after forensic inspection is completed."
