Watch: Devotees carry massive Shiv Linga made of Rs. 10 coins

Uttar Pradesh, July 31 (ANI): A group of Lord Shiva devotees took out a holy procession carrying a massive 'Shiva Linga' made up of Rs. 10 coins in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad today morning. It's the fourth Monday of the holy month of 'sawan'. A number of devotees also thronged the famous 'Kashi Vishwanath Temple' located in Varanasi. Chanting religious slogans, the devotees eagerly waited to offer their prayers at the holy shrine. All Mondays which fall during the month of 'Sawan' are considered auspicious and devotees observe fasts during this time. According to Hindu mythology, Lord Shiva saved the entire universe by drinking poison which emerged from 'samudra manthan.'
