Watch: Jammu witnesses traffic jam despite lockdown

Jammu, Apr 15 (ANI): As 2nd phase of lockdown commenced from April 15, traffic jam was witnessed at Jammu's Vikram Chowk. Security forces were busy in checking passes of vehicles. Congestion occurred near check post.
