Agricultural inputs company Rallis India, a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals, on Wednesday reported a loss of Rs 32 crore during the quarter ending March 31.
The company's loss stood at Rs 21 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, Rallis India said in a regulatory filing.
The company's revenue from operations during the quarter under review was almost flat at Rs 430 crore compared to Rs 436 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
For 2024-25, Rallis India's profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 125 crore, while its revenue from operations was Rs 2,663 crore.
"The company has reported FY25 revenue of Rs 2,663 crore and PAT of Rs 125 crore. For Q4 FY25, revenue is Rs 430 crore with positive volume growth in domestic business. Control over working capital has enabled strong cash flow from operations.

Wendt (India) Ltd, an abrasive and precision component manufacturer, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 12.89 crore for the January-March 2025 quarter, the company said.
The city-based company, part of the diversified Murugappa Group, had registered a profit of Rs 13.38 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
For the year ending March 31, 2025, the consolidated net profit stood at Rs 39.48 crore, as against Rs 40.95 crore recorded during the same period last year.
The consolidated total income for the January-March 2025 quarter rose to Rs 77.71 crore, from Rs 71.89 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday said the government has taken a serious note of the complaints that some hospitals do not treat patients without taking a deposit, and said instructions have been given to form a special inspection team to control charity hospitals.
The special inspection team will be formed in coordination with the Charity Commissioner, Health Department and Chief Minister's Medical Assistance Cell, a statement from the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) said.  Charity hospitals in the state should provide free treatment to patients from poor and vulnerable groups. Hospitals should register information about remaining beds and Indigent Patient Fund (IPF) in the online system, it said. The Rajya Sabha on Thursday returned the Finance Bill 2025 to the Lok Sabha, along with 35 government amendments, including one that abolishes a 6 per cent digital tax on online advertisements, thus completing the 2025-26 budgetary exercise that started on February 1.

Earlier in the day, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had moved the two bills in the House.
The Lok Sabha had passed the Finance Bill on March 25 and passed the Appropriation Bill on March 21.
Replying to the debate later in the evening, she said the tendency of the finance ministry would be to exercise caution and not let go of revenues.
"But, here we wanted to use this opportunity to show our respect for Indian taxpayer. We have moved towards setting Rs 12 lakh as threshold up to which no one will have to pay any tax," Sitharaman said.
