CPI (M) releases its election manifesto in New Delhi

General Secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) Prakash Karat released the election manifesto in New Delhi, as CPI (M) gears up for the upcoming mammoth general elections. Karat said that the manifesto calls for people of the country to work towards forming a secular and democratic alternative against the Congress party.
