Sushma underscores India's recognition globally

Moscow, Oct 21 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj underscored India's recognition globally on her visit to Moscow. Swaraj said that the acceptance of International Yoga Day proposal with co-sponsorship of 177 nations in the United Nations within 75 days reflects India's presence at the global platform. She reiterated that this acceptance is a classic example indicating that the world is 'listening to India.' The External Affairs Minister is on a visit to Russia to strengthen "special and privileged strategic partnership" between India and Russia. The central theme of Swaraj's wide-ranging talks with her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov is to bolster the bilateral-ties of the two countries.
