Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao visits Ericsson Experience Centre

USA, May 25 (ANI): Telangana Urban Development and Information Technology (IT) Minister KT Rama Rao on Wednesday visited the Ericsson Experience Centre based at Santa Clara in the United States' Silicon Valley. During the visit, a team of the multinational company gave him a demonstration and sneak peek into the various innovation areas they are working on. The officials briefed Rao and his delegation on IoT (Internet of Things), 5G, augmented reality, drones, machine learning and predictive mobility, and further discussed how these could be piloted in Telangana. The Minister, later, addressed a roundtable discussion on the 'Investment Priorities and Opportunities in Telangana,' organised by USIBC in Palo Alto, California. The IT Minister also held a meeting with the top leadership of Nokia during which he gave an overview of the upcoming fibregrid project in Telangana.
