Jullundur Motor Agency (Delhi) Limited has informed the Exchange that 'pursuant to demise of Shri Virat Sondhi, Director and Promoter of the Company and subsequent to transmission of his shareholding to Mrs. Santosh Sondhi, wife of Shri Virat Sondhi, Promoter of the Company, Shri Virat Sondhi has ceased to be Promoter of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 31A (6) (c ) of Listing Regulations, 2015'.
