Sanginita Chemicals Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 14, 2023, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis for an amount upto Rs. 25.90 Crores to the eligible shareholders of the Company as on record date as may be decided by the Board. Moreover, the Board has constituted Rights Issue Committee to decide the pricing of the issue, ratio, record date and other things as may be required.
