Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Non-applicability of Regulation 27(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015'.With respect to the captioned subject, request you to take note that Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited ( the Company ) has listed its specified securities on SME Exchange and therefore, as per the Regulation 15(2)(b) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provision as specified in Regulation 27 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 shall not be applicable to the Company.Considering the above mentioned facts, the Company is not required to submit a quarterly compliance report on Corporate Governance under Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
