Rajshree Polypack Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Appointment of Senior Management Personnel ( SMP )'.Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on August 9, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company on August 11, 2023, approved the appointment of Mr. Palash K Chakravorty as the Chief Marketing Officer ( CMO ) of the Company, forming part of the Senior Management of the Company, w.e.f. September 8, 2023.The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in the enclosed Annexure A .
