(the Company) has acquired a Land aggregating about 1012.5 Sq Mtrs, from M/s LRS Services Pvt. Ltd. (The Seller), valued at Rs. 3,50,00,000/- ( Rs. Three Crore Fifty Lakhs only) for the future expansion including new projects. The Company has made necessary payments to the Seller. An Agreement / Sale Deed to this effect has been entered between the Seller and the Company on September 11, 2023.
