With respect to the captioned subject we want to inform you that on 21st October 2019 the Honble Adjudicating Authority -National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Kochi Bench has ordered the commencement of liquidation of Excel Glasses Limited under Section 33 (1) (a) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 has been accepted vide NCLT order dated October 21 2019 and appointed the undersigned as Liquidator of the Company.
