With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like toinform you that Ms. Shweta Mehrotra (Membership No. A62986) has tendered herresignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Companyw.e.f. October 15 2022 due to her personal reasons after the end of working hours. Her lastworking day in the Company was October 15 2022.The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities w.e.f.October 15 2022. Her successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimatedto the Stock Exchange.
