With reference to the above cited subject limit as per Regulation 15 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as on 31st March 2022 does not exceed Rs 100000000 for Equity Share Capital and Rs 250000000 for Net Worth.Therefore the disclosure of related party transaction required to be filed as per the Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 are not applicable to the company. The Company undertakes to comply with the Regulations within six months of the date on which the provisions become applicable to our Company.
