Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders and as per BSE Circular Rf. No. U ST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2 2019 on clarification regarding trading restriction period the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives of the designated persons with immediate effect i.e. from January 2 2023 till 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2022. The date of Board Meeting in which the said unaudited results would be considered shall be intimated to you in due course.
