With reference to the compliance of Regulation 76 of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 {Previously known as Regulations 55A of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 1996} & Circular No. D&CC/FITTC/CIR-16/2002 dated December 31st 2002 issued by SEBI we hereby submit Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report for the Quarter ended 31st December 2022.The Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report will also be filed in XBRL mode within the stipulated time period.
