Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations 2015) we are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. Friday 20th January 2023 inter-alia considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 and the said results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee
