Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 23rd January 2023 have considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Meenakshi (ACS 53392) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations2015 of the Company w.e.f 23rd January2023.
