That the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled on Tuesday January 31 2023 to consider and approve Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31 2022.Further reference to our letter dated January 17 2023. regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window Kindly note that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for the Designated Persons shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public.
