In reference to our earlier intimation dated 19th January 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 30th January 2023 has inter alia approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022.Accordingly we are enclosing herewith Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.30 A.M. and concluded at 1.20 P.M.
