Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015. A copy of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 along with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors is attached.<BR> Meeting commenced at 4.15 PM and concluded by 5.30 PM.<BR> Kindly take on record of the above.<BR> <BR>
