To consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (with Limited Review Report of the Auditor) for the quarter ended 31st December 2022. 2. Any other matter with the permission of chair.Further in continuation to earlier disclosure vide our letter dated 29.12.2022 pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Companys securities by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 as amended Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall open after 48 hours of declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 for all designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the aforesaid code.Kindly take the same on record.
