Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31 2022.2. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.25 /- per equity shares of face value of Rs .10/- each to be paid as Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-2023. The said dividend shall be paid to the shareholders on or after February 11 2023.Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations fixed Friday February 10 2023 as the cut-off date (Record Date) for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-2023
