As per the recommendation made by the Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their duly convened meeting held on today i.e. 1st February2023 inter alia has taken on record and approved the Standalone as well as Consolidated Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2022 along with Statutory Auditors unmodified Limited Review Reports for the Third quarter and year to date ended 31st December 2022.
