This is to further update on our disclosure in the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31 2022 regarding Contingent assets disclosed where an inflow of economic benefits is probable with respect to the suit filed against Bata India Limited by the Company against which the Company got the order (T.E. Suit No. 146/192 of 2009) from Honble Court of Small Causes at Mumbai wherein it is directed to handover the possession of the tenanted shop situated at Ground floor 524 of the Moose Building situated near Edward Cinema Kalbadevi Mumbai 400002 on January 7 2023 In this regard we would like to inform you that on the basis of the said order of the Honble Court of Small Causes at Mumbai the Company has taken vacant and peaceful Physical Possession of the tenanted shop at Kalbadevi at Mumbai on January 30 2023.
