Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board at its meeting held today i.e. on February 11 2023 approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2022. The Limited Review Certificate for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 is also attached herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 3:30 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 pm.
