This has reference to Regulation 32 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations andDisclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. In this regard please note that the Company has not deviationor variation for proceeds of pubic issue right issue preferential issue QIP as on December 31st 2022. AsCompany has not made any pubic issue rights issue preferential issue QIP in the quarter ended onDecember 31 2022.Therefore the Company in terms of the aforesaid regulations 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is notunder obligation to file the Statement of deviation or variation for proceeds of public issue rights issuepreferential issue Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) etc. of Securities and Exchange Board of India(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
