Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and based on the intimation received from Link Intime India Private Limited Registrars and Share Transfer Agents (RTAs) of the Company vide email dated February 14 2023 we would like to inform that the Company has issued the Letter of Confirmation to the shareholder instead of duplicate share certificate.
