This is further to our disclosure dated 25th January 2022 regarding approval by the Board of Directors of Swaraj Engines Limited (the Company) of the request received from Kirloskar Industries Limited (KIL) seeking re-classification from Promoter category to Public category shareholder of the Company in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR).In this regard kindly be informed that pursuant to Regulation 31A(8)(c) of SEBI LODR the Company on 16th February 2023 has submitted its application to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for re-classification of KIL from Promoter category to Public category shareholder of the Company in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR.You are requested to kindly take the above on records.
