Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India [Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements] Regulations 2015 as amended (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that Mr. Sanjay Goel Chief Financial Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated February 15 2023 informing his inability to continue as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company due to pre-occupation in other assignment.The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities w.e.f. 15.02.2023. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
