Pursuant to Regulation 30 (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Ms. Diksha Omer has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Limited (the Company) w.e.f. close of working hours on February 17th 2023. The resignation has been accepted and she is relieved from his services from the closing hours of February 17th2023.
