In terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we are enclosing herewith the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 14th February 2023 to be carried out through remote e-voting as sent today to through electronic means to the Members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members/List of beneficial owners as received from Depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday 17th February 2023 (end of day) for seeking the approval of the Members of the Company by way of an Ordinary Resolution for Appointment of Shri Adhip Nath Palchaudhuri (DIN: 08695322) as a Director in the category of Non-Executive Director (Ex-officio) of the Company.The facility for remote e-voting will commence from Wednesday 22nd February 2023 (09:00 a.m.) and will end on Thursday 23rd March 2023 (05:00 p.m.). Remote e-voting shall not be allowed beyond the said period.The said Notice is also available on the website of the Company at www.blinv.com.
