Pursuant to finalization of Basis of Allotment of Right Issue in consultation with the Registrar to the Issue and BSE Limited (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights Issue) the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 21st February 2023 has inter alia approved the allotment of 486388645 (Forty-Eight Crore Sixty-Three Lakhs Eighty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Forty-Five Only) Fully Paid-up Equity Shares pursuant to Rights Issue to its existing Equity Shareholders as on the Record Date i.e. Friday December 30 2022 at Issue price of Rs. 1/- per Equity Share.
