Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the term of office as per Employment Contract of the Mr. Neil Seabrook as Chief Executive Officer of the Company came to end on 28th February 2023 and consequently he ceased to be a Chief Executive Office of the Company with effect from close of the business hours on February 28 2023. Subsequent to his completion of the Employment Contract as Chief Executive Office of the Company he will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the provision of Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and under Regulation 30(5) fordetermining the materiality of any event or transaction for making required disclosures to the Exchange.
