With reference to the above cited subject and in furtherance to our earlier communication dated 10th February 2023 this is to inform you that the Company has filed a Writ Petition before the Honble High Court for the State of Telangana challenging the notifications under the GST Act and the departments interpretation of the same basis upon which the GST department has initiated proceedings. The company officials have been granted bail.
