Seeking Members approval vide Special Resolution through Postal Ballot for continuance of directorship of Dr. Basudeb Sen (DIN: 00056861) beyond the age of 75 years (who will attain the age of 75 years as on 16.06.2023) as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company till the conclusion of his tenure of appointment on 31st March 2024 which was previously determined by the shareholders. Mr. Asit Kumar Labh Practicing Company Secretary (Membership No. ACS-32891/ CP No. 14664) the Scrutinizer has submitted his Report on 02-03-23. In accordance with the said Report the members of the Company have approved the Special Resolution as embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice with requisite majority by remote e-voting process. We now enclose as required under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Voting Results alongwith the Scrutinizers Report thereon.
