Swapan & Associates Chartered Accountants has been appointed as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-2023 in the scheduled Board Meeting held on 04/03/2023.Further details of the aforesaid appointment as mentioned in Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015; dated 09/09/2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
