Pursuant to provision of Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations if any of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Finance and Admin Committee of the Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited in its meeting held today 03rd March 2023 which commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:30 P.M. interalia has considered and approved the Allotment of = 6520606 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1 per share at an issue price of Rs. 153.36 each (including a premium of Rs. 152.36 per share) fully paid-up upon exercising the option available with Share warrant holders (person belonging to non-promoter category) to convert 6520606 warrants.
