Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company with respect to the above said Un-Audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 signed by Mr. MVRS Suryanarayana CFO & Compliance officer of the Company.
