The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited for providing evoting facility to the Members. The evoting will commence at 9:00 AM (IST) on Wednesday March 08 2023 and shall end at 5:00 PM (IST) on Thursday April 06 2023 (both days inclusive).The results of the same will be declared on or before Saturday April 08 2023.Request you to take the same on record.
