Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the application dated September 01 2022 for striking off the name of Cybermedia Digitix Limited (CDL) Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company has been approved by the Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi & Haryana (ROC). In effect and in accordance with sub-section (5) of section 248 of the Companies Act 2013 the name of CDL has been struck off by the ROC and CDL is dissolved w.e.f. March 07 2023. Copy of Form No. STK-7 Notice of Strike off and Dissolution is enclosed for your reference.
