Therefore we wish to inform that the company wish to further sell or transfer or otherwise dispose of the companys entire investment in the Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. Arihant Insurance Broking Services Limited in near future subject to approval of Shareholders Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and other Statutory Authorities (if any).
