Please find enclosed herewith the Corrigendum dated 10th March 2023 to the Notice of Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM)dated 13th February 2023 (EGM Notice) dispatched to the shareholders as on 20th February 2023 to bring to the notice of the Shareholders the changes in the EGM Notice w.r.t to the Pre-issue & Post-issue Shareholding Pattern of the Issuer Company in the Explanatory Statement attached to the said EGM Notice pursuant to Section 102 of the Companies Act 2013.
