This is to inform you that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide their meeting held on March 14 2023 has issued and allotted 18250 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company under its ESOP Scheme 2014 to the eligible employees pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder.Consequent to the aforesaid allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased as mentioned in the attached PDF.In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share based Employee benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations 2021 (SEBI SBEB Regulations) the details of equity shares allotted above are given in Annexure A to this intimation. Further this intimation is in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. However we wish to clarify that aforesaid allotment of equity shares is not material in nature to the Company.
