Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e. on March 20 2023 has re-appointed Mr. Rakesh Rawal (DIN: 02839168) as the Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer for the Company for the period of Three Years with effect from April 01 2023 to March 31 2026. Further the aforementioned re-appointment of Mr. Rakesh Rawal shall be subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.Details as per the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) are enclosed as Annexure A.You are requested to take the aforesaid on your record and disseminate the same for information to the public.
