Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 (LODR Regulations) we enclose herewith the summary of proceedings of the meeting of Unsecured Creditors of the Company held on Monday March 20 2023 at 03:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) pursuant to the order of the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Kolkata Bench (Tribunal) dated February 10 2023 (Tribunal Order) for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving with or without modification(s) the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Century Plyboards (India) Limited and Century Infra Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors (Scheme) the details of which were given in the Notice dated February 16 2023.The meeting of Unsecured Creditors commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:00 P.M.Please note that the Consolidated Scrutinisers Report on the voting results of the meeting shall be submitted separately.
