As per Regulation 30 Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulation 2015 we herewith submit to you that our Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer Ms. Rupali Kukreja- FCS 11710 has resigned from the Company with effect from 16th March 2023 due to some personal reasons. The Board accepted the same in the Board meeting held today.
